Island Hoppers
As a creative producer and creative lead on a fantastic team, I helped turn Island Hoppers (formerly Island Questaway) into a beloved mobile game enjoyed by millions of adventure and farming fans. Together, we took the game from being under the radar in 2022 to soaring high on the top-grossing charts, ranking among the top-3 mobile games for downloads and the top-7 for revenue worldwide in the farming category in October 2023 (according to AppMagic)! It’s been an amazing journey, and I’m proud of what we achieved together. Kudos to the team!

Chibi Island | Puzzle Odyssey
As a creative producer, during the soft launch stage, I collaborated with a UA producer to identify two top-performing creative concepts for these casual games, successfully reducing the cost of payer (COP D7) by 2x and 1.5x, respectively, within just three months for each title. While these games didn't advance to global launch due to product metrics not meeting business expectations, our work significantly optimized their performance.
My role implied designing and implementing a creative strategy that meets the desired marketing outcome the best way possible.

Hero Wars Alliance | Hero Wars Dominion Era
As a screenwriter, I collaborated with the team to create top-performing marketing videos for the Hero Wars titles, directly contributing to their success. I took full ownership of each creative made, overseeing its lifecycle from concept to analysis and iteration.
With the help of a creative team Hero Wars: Alliance has generated over $1.5 billion in revenue and achieved more than 150 million installs across Android and iOS. It ranks #4 in the Worldwide Top Free RPG Games and is among the Top 20 Grossing RPG Games Worldwide (stats from AppMagic, August 2024).

In my first role as a creative producer in mobile gaming, I identified numerous approaches that could lead to failure if not executed properly (thank you Thomas Edison for that vision on failures). After immersing myself in the mobile game industry, I successfully crafted several top-performing ads that enabled the User Acquisition team to effectively scale their campaigns.
